What We Collect
This website has no contact form and sets no advertising trackers. When you call Arrington Appliance Repair Pro at (615) 583-1836, we record the details needed to serve you: your name, service address in Arrington, TN, phone number, the appliance involved, and notes about the problem and the work performed.
If you use the quote estimator on this site, it runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you select there is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
How We Use It
We use your information to schedule and perform service, to provide written quotes and invoices, to follow up about work we have done, and to meet ordinary business record-keeping obligations. That is the whole list.
What We Never Do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for. Service records are shared only where the law requires or where a parts supplier needs a model and serial number to fulfill a warranty on your repair, and then only the minimum necessary.
Your Choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (615) 583-1836. We will honor deletion requests except where records must be kept for tax, warranty, or legal reasons, and we will tell you if that exception applies.
General guidance on consumer privacy rights is published by the Federal Trade Commission consumer site.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date. This version was published on November 3, 2026.
Website Analytics and Cookies
This is a static website. It does not run advertising trackers, build visitor profiles, or embed social media pixels. Standard server logs (page requested, time, browser type) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, the way nearly every website operates. The embedded map on our contact page is served by Google Maps and only loads its resources when that page is viewed.
If you have questions about any of this, the fastest route is the same as for everything else here: call (615) 583-1836 and ask for the person responsible for the website. Our terms of service cover the working agreement for repairs themselves.
