What Happens Next
1. We Triage
Urgent problems get safe first steps on the spot: water, power, and doors handled before damage spreads.
2. We Schedule
A visit window that fits your day, with a straight estimate of when we will arrive.
3. We Diagnose and Quote
Metered diagnosis at your home, then the full repair price in writing.
4. You Decide
Approve the repair, or take the diagnosis and think it over. No pressure either way.
Before You Call: Sixty Seconds of Prep
Two minutes of prep can save a second visit. Find the model number: inside the fridge door wall, on the washer’s door rim, under the dishwasher’s edge, or on the range’s frame behind the storage drawer. Photograph it. Note when the problem started and anything that changed just before (a storm, a move, plumbing work, a holiday of heavy cooking). Then call and tell us the story in that order.
If water is involved, do the safe thing first and the prep second: shutoff valves live behind washers and under sinks, and your home’s main shutoff is worth knowing before any emergency teaches you. For anything leaking, sparking, or smelling of gas, skip the prep entirely and go straight to emergency appliance repair.
Contact: Questions & Answers
You describe the appliance and the symptom. We triage anything urgent (water off, breaker off, doors shut), schedule your visit, and tell you what to expect. At the visit we diagnose, quote in writing, and repair on approval.
Diagnosis is part of the visit and the repair is quoted in full before work begins. Any visit or after-hours terms that apply to your call are stated on the phone before we dispatch, so nothing is a surprise.
We run phone-first on purpose: appliance problems need questions back and forth, and a form cannot triage a leak. Call (615) 583-1836; for emergencies the line is answered 24/7.
The appliance type and brand, a model number if you can find the data plate, what it is doing (or not doing), and when it started. A photo of the data plate on your phone speeds everything up.
